Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange and receive a return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garments are in unworn, original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
